Fishing Fishing Dock/Swim Deck: Blue Lady Resort’s dock is a popular spot for fishing because the shad hang out right under the dock. You can fish from our 10 X 20 fishing platform located at the end of the main dock. The dock also has fishing pole holders, night lights, and a fishing-cleaning station for your convenience. We sell maps of the lake with GPS coordinates that will help you locate special fishing spots on the lake. Around the Area Blue Lady Resort is not far from two rivers - North Fork River and White River - which are famous for world-class trout fishing. There are Rainbow, Cutthroat, German Brown and Brook trout. You may want to take a day trip to our rivers or hire a guide and enjoy the adventure of catching a boat full of trout. For the serious athlete, you’ll enjoy miles and miles of trails around the lake, parks and rivers. Pigeon Creek National Trail System on Norfork Lake has 18 miles of stacked loop trails to hike or mountain bike. Or take a trip to the Buffalo River for an incredible outdoor adventure. You’ll enjoy the beautiful landscape of pines, oak-hickory and dogwood in the springtime. The bird population is incredible in the Ozarks. You’ll see blue birds, cardinals, woodpeckers and a variety of song and water birds along the trails.
